This facility is designed to cater to "Big Boy Toys", contractors, antique car collectors, boats, snowmobiles, seasonal items, households, documents, excess inventory, distributors, etc.

The facility is unique in that the 15x40 and 15x80 units have a 16 ft. clear ceiling height and 12x14 overhead doors. In addition, the state plumbing code requires a floor drain connected to a triple trap if you want to store vehicles that contain gasoline and oil. The 15x80 ft. units have two overhead doors so that you may drive in one door and out the other. This is ideal for vehicles with trailers eliminating the need to back the trailer in each time. The fenced facility has 24 hour access by means of a touch pad system.

The units may be leased by the month or year and start at only $325.00 per month. Outside parking is also available for small trucks, campers, boats, snowmobiles, etc. starting at $70.00 per month.
